Today’s This Week’s Cravings theme is CUPCAKES and I’m sharing my Chocolate Black Bean Zucchini Cupcakes, which I made with my beautiful WonderMill grain mill. I made another batch today using some shredded zucchini from the freezer! Fun. I’m so super excited about my black bean zucchinitastic cupcakes and my first experience with my beautiful new WonderMill.
