Today’s This Week’s Cravings theme is JULY 4TH, RED, WHITE AND BLUE and I’m sharing my Red, White and Blueberry Quinoa Scones.

Red, White and Blueberry Quinoa Scones

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup rinsed, drained, and cooked quinoa
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 3/4 cups flour, whole wheat or gluten-free
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

The whole family (including visiting mom and uncle) loved these scones. Delicious and nutritious!
