Red, White and Blueberry Quinoa Scones
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup rinsed, drained, and cooked quinoa
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 3/4 cups flour, whole wheat or gluten-free
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
The whole family (including visiting mom and uncle) loved these scones. Delicious and nutritious!
