Oh my goodness, yum! Mr. Meaty helped me make these delicious Sweet and Salty Shortcakes, adapted from Salty Sweets, Christie Matheson. They were incredible. I ate most of them as-is, even though the original plan was to smother them in strawberries and cream. Delicious either way!
