My dad loves to make fudge. But his recipe calls for a microwave, which we don’t own. So, I searched around for a good recipe that doesn’t use a microwave. Alas, I wasn’t satisfied, so I made my own.
Enjoy the chocolates of my labor with this easy peppermint fudge recipe. We split this pan into quarters and pass these yummy treats out as Christmas gifts for our mailman, bus driver, teachers and neighbors.
It’s so yummy and super fast! So you can get those folks still on your Christmas list even at the last minute. Enjoy. This recipe doesn’t require any evaporated milk or a microwave!
