I was lucky enough to get an amazing sample of Healthy Fruit & Nut Bars Snacks recently. And let me tell you, I immediately added them to our Amazon Subscribe & Save list, Fruit & Nut 1.4-Ounce Gluten Free Bars (Pack of 12) (affiliate link), based solely on the kids’ reactions to these bars. After I managed to wrestle my own bar to taste away from the kids… (Yes, I’m serious. No, no one got hurt. ) I understood why the kids went crazy for them.
Not only are they healthy AND Gluten-Free, they’re Dairy free (great for Goose, who is lactose-intolerant), GMO and preservative free (AWESOME!) and they’re are an excellent source of protein for those of us in the house who don’t eat meat. Yum! The bars are pretty much exactly what they’re called: Fruit and Nut Delights. We absolutely loved these and we’ll definitely be getting more.
And then, BONUS, I got to sample more of their bars with a sample of their Healthy Grains Bars. We devoured them so quickly we have no photos. 🙁 They were delicious, gluten free and dairy free. The dark chocolate chunk was our favorite, with the maple pumpkin seeds flavor a close second!

About the Company
It’s a great company with wonderful natural products. I love, love, love that we can all eat these. No lactose or nightshades for Goose. No meat by-products for Bug and I and they’re tasty enough that Mr. Meaty loves them, too! Simply fantastic. I highly encourage you to try these bars, you won’t be sorry!
How do the products fare?
We loved all three flavors: Fruit & Nut Delight, Blueberry Pecan and Vanilla Almond Cashew. Yum! The girls’ favorite was the Fruit & Nut Delight. Definitely worth buying again (as evidenced by my instant Amazon order). We also loved the dark chocolate chunk healthy grains bars. I’ll be adding these to our Amazon order, too.

This Healthy Snacks company teamed up with clean water organization, Waves for Water to gut and rebuild a NJ-based volunteer firefighter’s home, which had been completely destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Through its ‘Do the KIND Thing Mission”, the company was able to donate their time and $10,000 to the restoration.
While $10,000 will help, the community can get involved by sharing this video (highlighting the work of Waves for Water) to help shed light on the destitution that so many people are still living in due to Sandy. The best part? Every view = $1 more towards this firefighter’s home.
