It’s summertime, so it’s party time! And, thanks to Taste of Nature, we had a fun outdoor party planned with games and delicious Taste of Nature bars in six flavors: Brazilian Nut Festival, California Almond Valley, Quebec Cranberry Carnival, Canadian Maple Forest, Himalayan Goji Summit and Persian Pomegranate Garden. Unfortunately, the outdoor part was rained out, but we still had fun with board games and bars indoors.
The kids each have a favorite flavor and so do I. Bug’s favorite is the Quebec Cranberry Carnival. Goose’s is Himalayan Goji Summit. Mine is the Brazilian Nut Festival, with Canadian Maple Forest coming up a close second.
The Brazil Nut Festival bars are especially helpful for me since Brazil nuts are a mood booster! I use natural remedies like foods and essential oils to boost my mood due to slumps triggered by my thyroid. After the party was over, I slipped a couple of the Brazil Nut Festival bars into my purse for pick-me-ups whenever I need them.
Bug loved the cranberry most because of the yummy fruit flavor. And, bonus, cranberries and Goji berries (in Goose’s favorite) are high in antioxidants. So, I can toss them a bar for a snack and feel great about how healthy their easy snack is!
