Today I’m making a Vegetarian Chicken Green Bean Casserole. It’s a great change-up on the holiday green bean casserole. Adding “chicken” makes it a delicious side or an all-in-one meal for the vegetarians at a family feast.
2 cups vegetarian ‘chicken,’ or chickpeas pre-cooked
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
10 ½ ounces cream of mushroom soup
½ cups Mayonnaise
½ cups Sour Cream
⅛ cups Vegetable Broth/Stock
½ teaspoons Lemon Juice
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
¾ cups French Fried Onions
