Foot Rub for Tired Tootsies | @VeggieConverter

My tootsies get tuckered out. The dogs are barkin’ as my uncle used to say. So, I started to support my feet more mindfully. I also became more vigilant about wearing my Danskos (they have great arch support and I already had them due to a broken big toe a few years back). And, I ordered a pair of arch-support slippers to wear around the house. Then I decided I needed a foot rub.

So, I thought about what oils could support my feet after exercise or a lot of walking. Then I started using PanAway essential oil on my feet for its soothing aroma and post-exercise support. It contains naturally occurring constituents methyl salicylate, gamma-curcumene, menthol and eugenol.

Then I decided to add Valor and R.C. to rub on my feet for a comforting and uplifting aroma. Valor includes  naturally  occurring constituents of linalol, alpha-pinene, camphene, and limonene. R.C. includes  the  naturally  occurring   compounds    linalol  acetate,  linalol,  camphene,   and eucalyptol. Always research constituents to find out more about essential oils and their uses.

I’m now doing this essential oils foot rub twice a day. I mixed up a blend of the oils and coconut oil and rub it on my footsies at wake up and bedtime.

So far, I’m seeing great results. I’m experiencing less stretching sensation. I’m absolutely loving this blend. But I encourage you to experiment with your feet. Everyone’s footsies need love in different ways. Enjoy.

Lemongrass and lemon myrtle are great individual choices, too.

For a little extra lovin’, give your tootsies a foot massage while you apply the rub.
