Easy Salmon Salad

Ingredients
  • Smoked salmon, we use a 2" x 2" piece, so maybe 4 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons relish
  • 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts (about 4 halves)
  • Himalayan pink salt to taste
  • paprika to taste
Method
  1. Shred the smoked salmon with a fork.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix.
  4. Serve.
  5. We like ours in lettuce wraps, as a dip or in the middle of cucumber slice sandwiches!
