Simple Mango Lassi Yogurt Smoothies for Kids!
  • 2 cups chopped mango (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 cups homemade yogurt (I make mine in my VitaClay now, but you can make it in your crockpot, too!)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • A drop of orange or tangerine essential oil (optional) [I buy mine HERE!]
  • A dash of cardamom (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy. If you like, you can leave the optional ingredients out and flavor your individual smoothies for kids and parents who differ on tastes.
  2. If you don't finish it off, just pour the remainder in a popsicle mold and make yourself a crazy easy lassi pop. Yum! Great for lunchboxes, too. These are seriously delicious and so simple. I hope you and your family love them as much as we do. Don't let the title fool you, these babies aren't just for the kids. :)
