I would buy xmas presents for my 6 yr old and what i need to prepare for my upcoming yoga teacher training: yoga clothing, new mat, blocks, strap, books, etc!!!

  2. says

Oh man, I would get a whole new kitchen: a new blender, a dehydrator, new pots and pans, and all sorts of kitchen gadgets that are falling apart because I haven’t replaced them since we got them for our wedding!

  3. SarahMac says

How awesomely generous! I have no idea what I would purchase but it’d all be things hrlpful for my family. Thank you for the opportunity!

  4. says

Being a relatively new food blogger it would be amazing to buy some new appliances for the kitchen. I love to photograph my food but have been using my lovely little smart phone to do the trick. Everyone has to start off somewhere. it would be great to buy a new camera to photograph my creations or to get that immersion blender I’ve had my eye on. There are so many appliances out there to make cooking healthy just a little bit easier. A dehydrator would be lovely to use my leftover veggie and fruit pulp in. Currently they have been used in an assortment of veggie burgers but it would be great to have more possibilities. I like to eliminate any waste when juicing so it’s friendly on the budget and the environment. No need to throw anything out!

  5. Ari Yoder says

Oh, such decisions! I’d buy some Paleo cookbooks, some kitchen items like a Pyrex measuring cup, a set of flatware, a couple of gift cards for friends/family . . .

  6. Crystal Walker says

I would buy myself a laptop! I just went back to school (at 32 years old!) and a laptop would help me soooo much but its just not in our tight budget.

  7. Kristin Driggers says

I would likely be buying something for the kids (hubby included). They are so much easier to shop for then me!

  8. says

I would buy some Doctor Who related stuff, a few audiobooks and MP3s, then disney snowglobes and christmas village houses for my wife, and save some for fun things for my kids and friends

  9. Nathan C. says

I would buy my girls some new kindles and upgrade my busted old pc probably. Good Luck to all who enter and Merry Christmas/happy Holidays to all :D

  10. Amanda Hunter says

I would buy an array of things. I would purchase a kindle for my daughter, some new tennis shoes, and a Vitamix.

  11. Vivian Varela says

I would buy a much needed Vitamix and a Kitchen Aid, and then I would proceed to use the rest of the money to help buy my little brother a well deserved laptop that my parents want to give him. Fingers crossed for the greatest christmas presents!!!

  12. Donna322 says

I would buy Christmas presents for my family: Mom, Dad, sisters, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and grandchildren.

  13. Mary Mallory says

Presents for some children less fortunate, a juicer for my family members, and some new running shoes since mine are almost blown out

  14. Rebecca says

Oh lord…what could I do with $1000 Amazon card. Well, I would have to prioritize my wish list. For starters I would pick up all sorts of knitting books. Some Palero cookbooks. There is a car part I need to order. I would *love* to pick up yarn. Movies would be fun. Maybe a tablet for me. There is a lot of things I would pick up.

  15. Alexandra says

Every book on my wish list (cookbooks, craft books, kids books….)! And then some more! Maybe a few kitchen supplies too. And of course, gifts for friends!

  16. Meredith says

I would love to buy blue pasture cod liver oil- I’m in Canada and its a bit pricey to get! Also, textbooks for my past semester of school

  17. Ari says

What a wonderful gift to receive $1000 gift card from amazon. First thing I would get is the pull out under cabinet holder for my ipad. I am constantly using my ipad for recipes. That would be a great gift. Love the food processor. Never had one and there has been times where I wish I did. The chair massage would be great after a long day of taking care of the family and cooking great recipes. Thank you for this opportunity ! :)

  18. Mandy says

Books for my son and… maybe I’d splurge on a tofu press for me. I’ve wanted one for years!

  19. Hannah says

Wow, what an amazing opportunity!! If I won I would just go NUTS with gifts for my family, since I haven’t been able to get/make them nice things what with student loans and all. Lots of gluten free flour for my dad, a vitamix for my sister so she can make coconut milk and baby food, a nice dehydrator for my mom, and some pans to replace my brother’s teflon stuff he has now. If there was anything left over I’d probably get a veggie spiralizer for me.

  20. Rose says

A good set of snow tires to keep us safe, a paleo pantry makeover (all our staples stocked) to keep us healthy, an electric mixer to give my arm a rest, a ceramic water dispenser to keep hydrated with clean water, a haircut because its been a year, better kitchen knives, an air purifier to breathe clean air, a usb essential oil diffuser for calming aromas wherever we are, a set of bamboo utensils for earth friendliness, a countertop garden/indoor greenhouse set to grow our own food, a gift to give away because its nice to share, and a kitty for me and my son…oh wait, there is something you can’t get on amazon ;-) I think that would use up the gift card…did we dream big enough? <3

    • says

awesome! tell me more about your pantry needs. I’m thinking you mean coconut flour and the like? I’d LOVE it if I could give you a kitty. :) Animal shelters should totally accept Amazon bucks. :)

  21. says

First I would get a food processor, bread maker, and vitamix. Then I would make sure my kitchen is stocked with all the unique spices and staples I usually deny myself due to budgetary constraints. Lastly I would get bicycles for my husband and myself to go riding with our son…if there were enough funds left over… ;)

  22. Sarah says

WOW, so much you could do with that. After getting over the shock, I would likely get a new juicer and healthy supplies for my family and me. The possibilities are endless really but anything that will help me be more sustainable and healthy and beneficial is a definite win. Thank you!

  23. says

I would get myself a Magic Bullet, an infrared sauna spa for two or three, and an infrared fireplace media center, that should take the $1000 that I hope to win!!!!

  24. Mary Sires says

Yey! I could buy books, toys, and clothes from Amazon for 26 orphan kids in Kenya. What a blessing winning that gift card would be.

  25. Amy says

For $1,000? I would finally be able to have the kitchen products I sorely want, a new bike, to buy stuff for my upcoming wedding, buy Christmas and birthday presents, and so much more.

  26. Mollie says

At the top of my wishlist is cast iron cookware and a library of books/ebooks on easing the affects of mental illness through holistic means (diet, exercise, detoxing, etc.). Good luck to all who enter!

  27. Marcia says

I’m an idiot. forget my last post. I’d buy a solar lamp, some essential oils and supplements, a Healthmaster, some cookware, a memory foam mattress for my son, and of course…shoes!

  29. dawn says

cast iron dutch oven, food processor, pressure cooker… There are so many things I could get.. stuff for the family would be nice too!

  30. says

I would either purchase a Le Creuset Dutch oven for the kitchen or a Dyson for my fiancée (since it’s what she wants most right now but neither of us can afford it…) …or both! :)

  31. Karen D says

Not sure what I’d buy…maybe a bosch mixer, or maybe attachments of my Kitchenaid. One thing for sure, though, it would take me a while to decide (I’m a typical Libra) :)

  32. Mandy says

A sweet Dutch oven, a nice stove to high heat oven skillet ( I always get depressed when I see recipes I can’t do), cheese making ingredients, and I guess something nice for the man and boys! :)

  33. Corina A. says

I would buy cast iron cookware, especially loaf pans, Vitamix, stainless steel cookie sheets, glass storage containers, and a new laptop. I work from home, take care of twin toddlers, and try to make everything from scratch. What a blessing this would be!

  34. Vanessa says

I would replace my stand mixer and by my son Quinn his home school text books for the next couple of years!

  35. Christine Mayfield says

I signed up and if I won I would get a Vitamix and a bike for myself. Sure I could think of the kids but I am always thinking of them.

  36. tracy says

Had issues trying to post comment here yesterday, but it seems to work now :)

with a $1000 I would get the stuff on my Amazon Wish list to help me with healing my diagnosis of Hashimotos. So much equipment to eat “naturally” like an emersion blender, stainless steal pans, a sausage maker, french fry cutter, stock pot, glass bowls. Oh my list is too long. :)
