- 1 mango, pureed
- 1/2 cup yogurt
Our kids love mangoes and they love yogurt. So, I quickly crafted some Mango Yogurt Popsicles when we got a few mangoes in our CSA box recently. The kids went bonkers for them, of course. But I think they may’ve loved the mango puree that was leftover even more (we pureed two mangoes and used the extra one in some plain mango pops, which left about 1/4 cup of mango). I sort of accidentally made these into dreamsicles by pushing the yogurt that I put in on the top into the mango puree with the popsicle sticks.

Pour mango into popsicle molds and pour yogurt on top. Push a bit of yogurt into the center with your popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.

Do you use sweetened yogurt or plain? Looks really good!
I use plain, but I’m sure sweetened would work well, too.
