I’m super excited to share this giveaway with you guys. As you know, I may not be the best baker in the world, but I’m a persistent one. So, when I got a few tips and a lot of fun products from King Arthur Flour to test out and share, I was elated. I have two different prize packs that you’re eligible to win over the next two weeks.

Holiday Baking Prize Pack

First, the Holiday Baking Prize Pack:

      • 1 Package Cake Enhancer
      • 1 Box Unbleached Cake Flour
      • 1 Set of Jewel-Tone Cupcake Papers

To review and celebrate the holiday baking prize pack, I baked up delicious cupcakes, which I’ll share with you Monday.

Fall Picnic Prize Pack

Second, the Fall Picnic Prize Pack:

      • A King Arthur Flour Mini Pie/Bun Pan made by USA Pan (you may remember my love of USA Pan; I didn’t even realize they made these for KAF until I received mine. I was super excited to get another of my favorite pans)
      • A coupon for a free bag of King Arthur Flour

For the picnic prize pack, I’ll be baking up some burger buns to pair with my “Beefy” Quinoa Burgers later this week.

About King Arthur Flour

KAF is the oldest flour company in the U.S., opening in 1790 in Boston. It’s known now as a quality flour with many options for customers, like organic and gluten-free flours. For whole foodies, I think King Arthur is the most-often lauded major flour brand and for good reason, the selection and quality of flour, combined with its availability makes it a great packaged flour for whole food bakers. KAF is an employee-owned company.

How do the products fare?

I’ve been a long-time fan of KAF’s whole wheat pastry flour and the availability of various flour products. If I need a different variety of flour, it seems KAF makes it. So, today I’m testing the new-to-me products like the cake enhancer. I’ve heard of the enhancer, but have never tried it myself. But hey, I need all the help I can get with cakes (I’m more of a muffin kinda gal), so I really wanted to give it a try. And I loved it! The cupcakes turned out fantastically fluffy. Hamburger buns have also been a bane of mine since we switched to creating more whole foods. I’ve never had a recipe turn out perfectly so I’m excited to try to craft these buns with this fancy new bun pan!
