Happy September! This cooking day we’re doing another meal plan for vegetarian and blended-eater families of 4. Add each recipe to your ZipList Recipe Box and Shopping List. To double up and have each meal twice for a 2-week menu plan, add each meal to the Shopping List twice. Otherwise, you’ll fill your fridge with one week of meals for a family of 4!
All meal plans will include at least 5 meals as well as bonus snacks and beverages. The intent of the menu is to provide at least one meal each day of your work week or to allow you to double it and provide 2 weeks of meals.
