It’s Menu Plan Monday (and my birthday, yay!). We had a weird week last week with some work being done to the house, so we ended up making about half the menu and doing a lot of leftovers meals. So, here’s the menu for this week (there are some repeats from last week).

Friday
Tacos I plan to try these with the onions and green chiles, but without the sugar and lime. So they will be more Mexican-style tacos this time.
Don’t forget to comment if you chose to do a Meatless Monday meal. I’m trying to do vegan Mondays as most of our meals are already meatless. I chose to make the Bolognese dairy-free.
